  • BlazBlue: Continuum Shift is an update to Calamity Trigger that has at least one new character. It will be out in Japanese arcades soon and could be ported to home systems. I hope there is more than just one new character, otherwise that would be a lousy update.

  • If you didn't buy the limited edition life-sized Lancer from Gears of War, here's your chance to by a much more expensive one that doesn't do anything. TriForce's replica Lancer costs an astounding $949.00.

Movies

  • Robert Rodriguez's Predators will be going back to the original design of the Predators.

Movies

  • The live-action Akira movie is alive again. The movie is now being written by Mark Fergus and Hawk Otsby, who previously wrote Children of Men and Iron Man. The movie is rumored to be set in Manhatten, which would be weird especially if two Americans are calling themselves the Japanese names Tetsuo and Kaneda.

  • Warner Bros. has pulled out of the He-Man movie. This is probably a good thing because producer Joel Silver and possibly that ludicrous script they were going to use won't be involved.

  • The fifth Resident Evil movie may be a reboot of the series. It it currently called Resident Evil Begins and will be about a group of people that fight a super-computer that has changed scientists into zombies. How about they just stick closer to the games instead of making movies that aren't actually Resident Evil.
