McFarlane Toys' Steel Spartan GameStop Exclusive McFarlane Toys' Halo 3 figures are still months away, but today they felt the need to announce yet another variant in their increasing line of Spartan soldiers. To go along with the previously announced Wal-Mart exclusives of two blue Spartan figures, a steel-colored Close Quarter Battle Spartan figure will be exclusive to GameStop. The figures is loaded with 18 points of articulation and removable CQB armor. It's also steel-colored, which is a better color choice for when Spartans want to blend into a sewage pipe factory and just looks cooler than red or blue. This means I'll have to brave a barrage of pre-order questions when the figure is released in March. Now I'm just waiting for McFarlane Toys to make the Ninja Gaiden Spartan.
