Halo 3 Series 3: First Images, BBTS Exclusive, and Pre-orders

The first images of Series 3 are small and blurry. The Human Flood is the only completely new figure, but they're still sell out.

Man, Spawn.com has really been dropping the ball on their own Halo 3 action figure news lately. I received the Big Bad Toy Store email today informing me that pre-orders have begun on their own exclusive Halo figure. BBTS' exclusive is a violet C.Q.B Spartan. Violet, eh? That should make certain people happy. I guess. There is no picture of it yet, but they hope to have one up within the week. BBTS, along with Toy Rocket and Entertainment Earth, also have Series 3 up for pre-order.

Halo 3 Series 3 includes:

• Master Chief 3 - Do we really need a third Master Chief? No. Is there even anything different besides his gun?
• Elite Combat - I'm assuming the first of many, many Elites.
• Brute Chieftain (Weapon Class) - Instead of black he wears brown and does not carry a big stick.
• Human Flood - I'm assuming the first of at least a few different (and gross) Flood creatures.
• Jackal Major - He has a energy shield. Good for him.
• Teal Recon Spartan - Hey, it's a Recon Spartan that Todd McFarlane was hinting about in the Bungie interview.
• Olive Rogue Spartan - For a rumble in the jungle.
• Red Hayabusa Spartan - Here you are, Ninja Spartan fans, a Hayabusa armor.

I'm sure there will be plenty of other colored exclusives to go along with Series 3 and BBTS' violet Spartan, so expect more announcements. Remember, GameStop also has an exclusive ODST for Series 2, which is also ready to be pre-ordered for the Halo completist.
