Grifball Spartan SDCC '09 Exclusive

It's the season for revealing this year's San Diego Comic-con exclusives with McFarlane Toys' being another Halo figure: the Grifball Spartan. Grifball is a sport in Rooster Teeth's Red Vs. Blue series which involves a bomb, gravity Hammers, and killing Grif. Watch the Grifball PSA to learn all about it. The orange Grifball Spartan is in the in the rare Recon armor and comes with a bomb, Gravity Hammer, and an Energy Sword hilt. Toys "R" Us will be selling the figure at San Diego, which is limited to 6,000 pieces and will sell for $15.99. If you absolutely need one of these figures, but can't make it to the 'con of 'cons, Grif will also be available at toysrus.com and at their Times Square store. While it is cool of McFarlane Toys to recognize the popular Red Vs. Blue series in their figures, I was personally hoping for an exclusive that combined Halo and Spawn again. At the very least, this makes another set of Recon armor available.
