Fanime '15: Bluefin Tamashii Nations

Gundam, Dragon Ball Z, Star Wars, Godzilla, Batman, Sailor Moon, Luigi, and More

Bluefin has been at each Fanime since I've been attending, but they haven't had as big of a display presence as they did this year. In 2011, my first time attending Fanime, they had custom Gundam kits on display and some other goodies. The past few years, however, have been a just a few small display cases or nothing at all with the booth just being tables filled with Gundam kits. This year they bought in their big display cases with lots of cool stuff on display. While they didn't have the epic displays they show off at SDCC, there were a lot of different goods out for fans see. It was great to see Bluefin show off their stuff. It was one of the best booths to look at and wander into at Fanime.

A giant Gundam banner walling part of the Bluefin booth.

They also had the Gunpla Builders World Cup event this year, but I'll have a separate post for that. Here I'll just post all the stuff they had on display that was not part of the Gunpla Builders World Cup, so check out what Bluefin had to offer.

It's-a Figuarts Luigi!

The Movie Realization Star Wars figures are cool, but those nipples are weird.

I wouldn't have thought to use the flame effect pieces on Batman...

...or an impact effect on the Joker, but they kind of work, in an extreme fighting game way. Like Injustice.

The Gundam Unicorn LED sets sold out the first day.

The first day! That's crazy. Until you see how frakking awesome it looks.

Beargguy has a little bear guy? I should probably start watching Build Fighters.

I'm still waiting to see if they'll ever make that Shenron. Someday.

They still had some exclusive Dragon Ball sets form SDCC 2014.

Attack on Titan, soon to be a live-action movie. And a probably a musical.

I'm not into these stylized DC characters at all.

Not too much for MonsterArts, but that Mech King Ghidorah is amazing.

Power of the Moon, blah blah, and all that.

Monster Hunter statues and that super oddly posed Morrigan.

Mr. Pred has a few things to discuss with this Alien.
